B. Boys under 15 yearsold C. Boys under 18 years old D. Girls under 18 E. Women Open F. Men Open 2. All Entries must be received before 24 february 2016. 3. Each entry form must be properly completed and hand delivered with a non-refundable cash of entry fee of RM30.00 per team and attached with players identity card or passport photocopy. 4. Replacement of team members is not allowed after submission of entry form. 5. Each player is allowed to participate in one (1) category only. 6. Team captain will have to produce original copy of receipt for registration on the event day. 7. Each Player will receive a Tshirt. 8. Players are required to wear the t shirt received throughout the tournament. Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification. 9. All participants will have to produce their i.c or passport during the event day for technical reason when required. 10. Any rough play or unsporting behavior before, during and after the game will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification. 11. The organizer reserves the rights to any decision made through the tournament and no damage shall be claimed from organizer or sponsors. 12.
